We developed this 25 acre site on Hayden Lake. It was originally five very small water front lots and one large 24 acre water front lot. We first re-engineered the property plot to increase the water frontage between the six lots. This was achieved by the realignment of each property line to give each lot over 4 acres of water front while maintaining rural integrity and privacy. We also developed a new private 1/4 mile road to the county specification for access to these new lots. We worked closely with the county to meet and exceed their specifications. We thoroughly enjoyed this project and loved the new layout which further enhanced the property.
